Mystery pneumonia in China - Reasoned Analysis and Recommendations

By Tim Gamble

Cross-posted from Dystopian Survival due to the importance of the topic.

You are all aware by now of a "mystery disease" (or is it?) in China especially attacking children. Reports are that hospitals in China are being overwhelmed. There is a lot of speculation, clickbait headlines, and fear-mongering about this outbreak in the alternative media and with various prepper and survivalist channels. Much of it from people who simply don't know what they're talking about. So, what is the truth?

Here is the best analysis I have found so far from someone, Dr. John Campbell, who does know what he is talking about, has done his research, and isn't into fear-mongering or click-baiting people. Please watch his video, and then read my opinion and recommendations below.

Mystery pneumonia in China

My Opinion: This outbreak is probably related to weakened immune systems due to the extended and extreme lockdowns in China, rather than a second planned bio-attack or bio-lab leak. This does not mean that this outbreak isn't serious or potentially deadly. Nor does it mean that "they" won't somehow take advantage of the situation, especially if it grows, to try to do a new round of lockdowns, facemasks, vaccines, and other nonsense. "Never let a good crisis go to waste" is one of the favorite proverbs of the elites. It doesn't matter if the crisis is on purpose or coincidental.

My Recommendations: Don't panic. Just be aware of how this situation progresses, and continue to work your preparedness plan (you do have one, right?), which should include stocking up food, water, and other supplies, including OTC medications for respiratory problems (Amazon link) and fever reduction (Amazon link). I personally stock up on various Theraflu otc medications and mucus relief/decongestants as part of my regular preparations.
