I value transparency and integrity in content creation. All articles and other content on this site are produced by me or other humans, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Here’s how I use AI for this website. 

 

As a Research Assistant. 

 

I may use various AI tools, especially Grok, to assist with research and fact-checking to improve the quality and accuracy of my content. These tools save time and streamline processes, but I always make the final call on content type, inclusion, and publication. 

 

As an Editor. 

 

I may use various AI tools, including Grok and Grammarly, to do the job of a professional editor, checking everything from spelling, punctuation, and grammar, to sentence and paragraph structure, as well as the article's formatting and overall flow and tone. 

 

Commitment to Full Disclosure.

 

If an article or image is entirely created by AI, or AI generates most of the text, concept, or design, I’ll clearly indicate that. This means giving credit to the specific AI used (e.g. Grok, GabAI). 

 

Continuous Improvement.

 

I’m committed to using AI responsibly. As technology changes, so will my practices. I’ll update this policy as needed, and all changes will be posted to the website on this page.
